Future-Fit Leadership
A Workshop for Real-Life Challenges in a Changing World

Future-Fit Leadership
This is not a theoretical course—this is real work. In this highly experiential, hands-on
workshop, each participant brings a specific personal or professional challenge they’re currently
facing. That challenge becomes their compass for the day.
Through a series of interactive, future-focused leadership practices led by Lyssa Adkins,
participants will use their real-life situation as a testing ground for fresh tools, frameworks, and
insights. By the end of the day, they will walk away with expanded perspectives, a clearer
understanding of their own leadership edges, and a set of actionable, self-generated options to
take forward.
This course is for everyone – this is leadership work that starts from the inside and applies
immediately.
From the moment we begin, your challenge is at the center. Every practice, reflection, and
conversation is a lens through which you’ll explore it. You won’t be solving anyone else’s
problem. This is your time, your context, your leadership.
Leaders, coaches, change-makers, and professionals at any level who are actively working
through a significant challenge—at work or in life—and are ready to do deep, meaningful, and
immediately applicable work.
Your challenge could be a big problem you’ve been struggling with for some time. It could be a
small issue or one that could do with a fresh perspective. It could be an exciting new opportunity
that feels a little daunting. Any kind of challenge will work.
This is a guided, in-person experience that blends personal reflection, group dialogue,
structured exercises, somatic awareness, and facilitated insight. It’s rooted in real-time learning,
emotional intelligence, and embodied leadership practice.
Led by seasoned leadership coach, Lyssa Adkins, this experience creates a container for
growth, honesty, and transformation.
Step into a space where your leadership gets personal—and powerful. This one-day journey is
your chance to shift how you show up in complexity, not someday, but now.
